Resumen
En el presente estudio se ejecuta un análisis bibliométrico básico del progreso en la producción científica de la Web of Science sobre el tema de la inclusión de personas discapacitadas en las empresas. Se analizaron un total de 673 documentos desde la primera publicación hasta la actualidad, es decir, en el periodo de 1995-2022. Se realizan dos tipos de análisis, en primer lugar, un análisis de la información, donde se estudian los datos generales y, además, se identifican los documentos, fuentes y autores más citados y relevantes sobre esta temática. En segundo lugar, se realiza un análisis de la estructura del conocimiento, donde se da a conocer la estructura intelectual, social y conceptual, y dentro de estás, se identifica la co-ocurrencia de las palabras clave y la colaboración entre los países. Los datos han sido obtenidos de la base de datos Web of Science y añadidos en las herramientas de los softwares VOSviewer y Bibliometrix.
Abstract
In the present study, a basic bibliometric analysis of the progress in the scientific production of the Web of Science on the topic of the inclusion of disabled people in organizations is carried out. A total of 673 documents were analyzed from the first publication to the present, that is, in the period 1995-2022. Two types of analysis are carried out, firstly, an analysis of the information, where the general data are studied and, in addition, the most cited and relevant documents, sources and authors on this subject are identified. Secondly, an analysis of the structure of knowledge is carried out, where the intellectual, social and conceptual structure is revealed, and within this, the co-occurrence of keywords and collaboration between countries is identified. The data were obtained from the Web of Science database and added in the VOSviewer and Bibliometrix software tools.
