Resumen
Se presenta una propuesta de aplicación del Entorno Nacional de Interoperabilidad (ENI) a un Sistema de Gestión de Documentos Electrónicos en la Universidad de Granada, con el propósito de mejorar la eficacia en la gestión de documentos y procurar su interoperabilidad con el resto de los sistemas de Gestión de las Universidades Españolas. Para ello, se elabora un mapa de procesos de la función “tesis doctorales” de la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad de Granada, aplicando la metodología recogida en la norma ISO-15489, se identifica el expediente y los documentos que lo componen, y por último, se adecua dicho expediente y los documentos que lo forman al ENI, aplicando XML Schemas.
Abstract
A proposal is presented for the application of the National Interoperability Environment (ENI) to an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) at the University of Granada.
