Resumen
Se ha realizado una evaluación objetiva de calidad de las bibliotecas universitarias andaluzas, exceptuando la biblioteca de la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía. Se las ha comparado con las bibliotecas universitarias de las universidades de Cataluña. Los datos utilizados son de 2013 y han sido descargados de la web de la Red de Bibliotecas Universitarias. Se ha comprobado que el sistema andaluz es bueno en comparación con el resto de sistemas, aunque se encuentra a una distancia considerable del sistema catalán. Es necesario fomentar la lectura en las bibliotecas universitarias.
Abstract
It has been made an objective quality evaluation of the Andalusian university libraries, except the library of the International University of Andalusia. They have been compared to the Catalonian university libraries. This evaluation has been possible due the data from 2013 which have been downloaded from the website of REBIUN. It has been proved that the Andalusian system is good one compared to the rest of systems, however there is a huge gap between Andalusian and Catalonian system. It is necessary to encourage reading at university libraries.
