Resumen
El presente trabajo surge a raíz de la creación de Qdoc Gestión Documental S.L, empresa constituida en el año 2015 por profesionales Documentalistas. Ambas socias fundadoras, Diplomadas en Biblioteconomía y Documentación y Técnicas Superiores en Documentación Clínica, con experiencia en el sector sanitario desde el año 2004, observan la oportunidad de negocio ante la gran especificidad del sector y el inminente cambio de normativa impuesto por el Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad en el próximo año 2016.
Según el Real Decreto 69/2015, de 6 de febrero, por el que se regula el Registro de Actividad de Atención Sanitaria Especializada, en el año 2016 se produce un importante cambio en la Clasificación Internacional de Enfermedades, pasando de la 9ª a la 10ª revisión, lo que supone un cambio sustancial en la base y mecanismo de trabajo diario. Además, los hospitales y centros privados que hasta el momento no están obligados a entregar los registros de actividad, se ven obligados a enviar la información contenida en el Conjunto Mínimo Básico de Datos (CMBD) trimestralmente a las correspondientes administraciones públicas.
La experiencia de más de 11 años en el sector, facilita la observación de la situación actual, en la cual, se aprecia una deficiencia en cuanto a la unificación de la información y adaptación a los avances en las nuevas tecnologías. Partiendo de esta base, se realiza un estudio de situación y opinión de profesionales experimentados, que según se constata a lo largo de la metodología, refuerza la hipótesis que da fuerza a la elaboración de este trabajo.
Una vez analizadas las necesidades de información y las deficiencias encontradas, se procede a realizar una recopilación de información relevante, partiendo de la base del conocimiento propio y de las aportaciones realizadas por los profesionales encuestados, se procede a la reorganización en categorías con una estructura lógica y práctica.
El siguiente paso consiste en el diseño de una página web, adaptada a una plantilla de wordpress, en la cual se añaden los apartados diseñados según orden de importancia, cuya estructura principal esta organizada de según sigue:
✓ Barra superior: Información acerca de la página web, así como pretensión, Normas de Participación, acceso a programa iQodifica, acceso a Publicar y Foro, Contacto y Redes Sociales.
✓ Menú principal: Reúne la estructura resultante de la reorganización del contenido en las categorías Recursos, Normativa, Formación, CMBD, Estadísticas, Empleo, Encuentros, Sociedades Científicas e Internacional. Dentro de cada categoría, la información se encuentra estructurada en Noticias y Enlaces de interés:
✓ Últimas entradas: Apartado que muestra las últimas entradas independientemente de la categoría a la que pertenecen.
✓ Búsqueda: Apartado de búsqueda mediante etiquetas, además de una lupa de búsqueda libre.
✓ Plataforma de publicación: Permite a usuarios registrados publicar noticias, existiendo dos tipos de perfiles, que permiten certificar la veracidad y relevancia de los contenidos, perfil Usuario y Avanzado.
✓ Foro: Permite a los usuarios interactuar, generar conversaciones y resolver dudas en torno a la codificación clínica.
La puesta en marcha de la página web www.iqodifica.com, pretende ser un sitio de referencia para los documentalistas clínicos, con cuya doble intención es que permita dar a conocer la empresa Qdoc Gestión Documental.
Gran parte de la promoción de www.iqodifica.com viene acompañada de la formación, ya que el software para realizar la parte práctica de los cursos de codificación está integrado en la propia página web.
Abstract
This piece of work reflects the creation of Qdoc Gestion Documental S.L, a limited society founded in 2015 by two Librarian and Information Science graduates. With a High Diplomma in Clinical Documentation Specialist and a career of over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, the co-founders of Qdoc are prompted to start this project following to two clear indicators for business opportunity: On one hand, the extremely specialised nature of the business field. On the other, the change in the regulatory framework issued by the Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad due in 2016.
As per the Real Decreto 69/2015, issued in its 10th version to regulate the Register of Activity in the Specialised Healthcare Attention, a transcendental change in the International Classification of Illness is due in 2016. This is bound to have a direct effect on the mechanics and functioning of the daily work. In addition to this, the regulation modification is binding on private hospital and healthcare centres, which will have to report the information contained in their Minimum Basic Data (MBDS) quarterly.
The over eleven years of experience of the members of the company are a helpful tool in terms of a preliminary diagnosis of the actual situation, and relating it to the past. It is appreciated both a deficiency in the unification of information, and a failure in adapting to new technologies. On this basis, further research on the field is done with the help of experienced professionals. The results of this thorough investigation are epitomised in the methodology section, and are all indicators in favour of the necessity and justification of this company (and posterior work to reflect its creation).
Once the information necessities and flaws in the system are recognised, the following steps were taken: gathering of relevant information (including lessons learnt from own experience and other experienced professionals) and reorganisation in different categories, with a logical and pragmatic structure.
Then, a website was designed, tailored to become a Wordpress valid site. The different -sections were included in the following order of importance:
✓ Top bar: Information on the website, as well as claim, Rules for Participation, iQodifica access program, and access to Post Forum Contact and Social Networks.
✓ Main menu: Collect the structure resulting from the reorganization of content categories Resources, Regulations, Training, MDS, Statistics, Employment, Meetings, Scientific Societies and International. Within each category, the information is structured in News and Links.
✓ Latest entries: Section showing the latest posts regardless of the category to which they belong.
✓ Search: Section searching by tags, along with a magnifying glass free search.
✓ Publishing platform: It allows registered users to post news, there are two types of profiles that allow certify the accuracy and relevance of content, user and advanced profile.
✓ Forum: Allows users to interact, generate conversations and answer questions about clinical coding.
The implementation of the website www.iqodifica.com has the objective of being a reference site for all Clinical Documentation Specialist, while at the same time serve as a promotion to the enterprise Qdoc.
Most part of the aforementioned promotion of www.iqodifica.com goes hand in hand with online formation. As the software used in codification courses is integrated in the website itself.
