Resumen
El proyecto consiste en el análisis sobre un conjunto de herramientas para investigar las tendencias web populares, llevando a cabo esta tarea mediante la creación de una taxonomía específica que contiene las herramientas de Google consideradas relevantes en esta temática. También incluye una clasificación general con diferentes tipos de aplicaciones para motores de búsqueda como son Yahoo y Bing, herramientas para las redes sociales y blogs, representando su funcionamiento a través de distintas ilustraciones las cuales expresan los resultados de forma objetiva.
Se estudia las características de estas herramientas identificándolas y clasificándolas según su tipología, proponiendo ejemplos para que resulte más fácil adquirir conocimientos sobre ellas. La clave de este trabajo es la capacidad que tienen estas herramientas para localizar y recuperar información de las tendencias actuales en tiempo real de una forma rápida y sencilla.
Abstract
This project consists of an analysis of a group of tools to research the popular web trends, doing so through the creation of a specific taxonomy that includes the Google tools considered to be relevant to this topic. It also includes a general classification with different types of applications for search engines such as Yahoo and Bing, tools for social networks and blogs, showing their function through different illustrations which express the results in an objective manner.
The characteristics of these tools have been studied, identified and classified according to their type, giving examples in order to make it easier to acquire knowledge of them. The focus of this project is the analysis of the capacity that these tools have to find and retrieve information about the current trends in real time in a fast and easy manner.
