Resumen
Este trabajo consiste en el análisis del comportamiento de los Sistemas de Recomendaciones, conocer qué necesitan para presentarnos las distintas recomendaciones, cómo utilizan la información que el usuario le facilita. Esto lo he realizado navegando por las distintas webs de dos sistemas como son Amazon y Netflix, he querido conocer y que conozcan las distintas funcionalidades que hacen de estos dos sistemas los más utilizados, cada uno en su campo. Ambos tienen un motor de búsqueda y un algoritmo que analizan toda la información que obtienen de las navegaciones, opiniones y valoraciones de los clientes y usuarios.
La clave de este trabajo es cómo se comporta el sistema, teniendo una sesión o sin tenerla. Cómo podemos sacarle el mayor partido conociendo todas las funciones que tiene y además conocer herramientas complementarias con las que se consiguen aspectos mucho más favorecedores, que hacen que se consiga satisfacer las necesidades del usuario.
Abstract
This project consists of the analysis of the behaviour of Recommendations systems, in order to know what they need to show us various recommendations and how they use the information that the user provides. Therefore, I have done this analysis browsing the websites of two different systems like Amazon and Netflix. I wanted to know and let you know the different features that make these two systems the most used in their field. Both have a search engine and an algorithm which analyses all the information they get from the navigations, reviews and ratings from customers and users.
The key to this project is to get to know how the system behaves whether if you are logged in or not. In addition, we get to know how we can make the most of knowing all the functions and complementary tools that can make you achieve much more favouring factors that make the user meets their needs
