Resumen
La incorporación al Archivo Universitario de Granada del fondo del geólogo Paul Fallot, supuso un valor añadido para la investigación científica. Sin embargo, su desconocimiento y/o la dificultad para el acceso a la información de dicho fondo, lo convierten en inexistente para los investigadores en general. El presente trabajo pretende mejorar el acceso y la difusión del fondo del geólogo Paul Fallot, mediante el diseño de un instrumento de difusión web que geolocalice la serie MAPAS Y PLANOS de dicho fondo. Esta geolocaliización, mediante un mapa sensitivo, permite enlazar con la descripción del material, estructurada de acuerdo a la ISAD-G (International Standard Archival Description-General) y codificada con EAD (Encoded Archival Description). Esta codificación posibilita la explotación de esta información descriptiva vía Web y el enlace a las imágenes correspondientes.
Abstract
The addition to the Archivo Universitario de Granada of the archival fond of geologist Paul Fallot, added value for scientific research. However, the lack of knowledge and / or the difficulty of access to the information of this archival fond, make it non-existent for researchers in general. This paper aims to improve the access and diffusion of the fund of geologist Paul Fallot, through the design of a web dissemination tool that geolocalises the MAPAS Y PLANOS serie of this fond. This geolocation, through a sensitive map, allows to link with the description of the material, structured according to ISAD-G (International Standard Archival Description-General) and coded with EAD (Encoded Archival Description). This codification enables the exploitation of this descriptive information via Web and the link to the corresponding images.
