Resumen
Las redes sociales y la comunicación que se realiza a través de ellas está a la orden del día y es un tema de actualidad. Las técnicas de recogida, procesamiento y difusión de la información han cambiado con la creación de las TIC.
El objetivo de la presente investigación es comprobar si la aplicación de mensajería instantánea Telegram podría funcionar como un buen gestor de información de noticias poniendo la mirada en el comportamiento de determinados servicios de noticias de la aplicación y los servicios de la web 2.0.
El estado de la cuestión de esta investigación se responde a través de una automatización de noticias que implica crear distintas tareas online para dicha mecanización.
Los resultados obtenidos son bastantes concluyentes puesto que se podría afirmar que Telegram si podría funcionar como un buen gestor de la información.
Teniendo en cuenta que la andadura en este tema es relativamente fresca y se podrían llevar a cabo investigaciones futuras sobre las funcionalidades que presenta Telegram.
Abstract
Social networks and the communication that takes place through them is the order of the day and is a topical issue. The techniques of collecting, processing and disseminating information have changed with the creation of TIC.
The objective of the present investigation is to verify if the Telegram instant messaging application could function as a good news information manager looking at the behavior of certain news services of the application and web 2.0 services.
The state of the matter of this investigation is answered through a news automation that involves creating different online tasks for such mechanization.
The results obtained are quite conclusive since it could be said that Telegram could function as a good information manager.
Bearing in mind that the journey in this area is relatively fresh and future research could be carried out on the functionalities that Telegram presents.
