Resumen
Este Trabajo Final de Grado se centra en la producción de un cortometraje de animación híbrida, combinando distintas técnicas de animación digital con el uso de imagen real. Con tal fin, se han aplicado multitud de competencias adquiridas al cursar el Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual empleando una gran variedad de programas informáticos para hacer posible el cortometraje: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate y Blender entre otros muchos.
Con este trabajo también se busca realizar un breve estudio de la historia de la animación híbrida y su evolución en nuestro paradigma tecnológico a partir de bibliografía especializada. Se implementarán nuevas estéticas propias de la Era de la información y se analizará la influencia de las técnicas de animación sobre la producción de los efectos especiales en el cine digital.
El proceso de producción del cortometraje se ha dividido en las siguientes fases: Guion, preproducción, rodaje, animación, sonorización y postproducción. En esta memoria se pormenoriza cómo se han desarrollado las diversas fases.
Abstract
This final-degree dissertation focuses on the production of a hybrid animation short film that combines digital animation techniques as well as real-life images.
For that purpose a multitude of competencies acquired in the Audiovisual Communication Degree has been applied making use of a wide variety of softwares to that end: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate and Blender among many others.
In this final dissertation we are also looking for conducting a brief study of the history of low budget and limited animation and its development in our technological paradigm on the basis of specialized bibliography. A journey by new forms of comedy will be made: posthumor, self-deprecating humor and antihumor. New aesthetics according to the new information era will be studied and implemented as well as the influence of FX and techniques related to the cinematography into audiovisual production currently.
The production process of a short film has been divided into six phases: script, preproduction, animation, filming, soundtrack, postproduction. This dissertation describes in detail how every phases have been carried out.
