Resumen
En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se analizará la importancia del tiempo en el cine a través de la figura de Richard Linklater y cuatro de sus obras más relevantes: Antes del amanecer (1995), Antes del atardecer (2004), Antes del anochecer (2013) y Boyhood (2014). Para ello, estudiaremos el significado del tiempo para el ser humano -que ya se vio en el nacimiento del cine-, exploraremos brevemente la historia del cine independiente de Estados Unidos y nos centraremos especialmente en la importancia que tiene el paso del tiempo tanto dentro de la ficción como fuera, en la vida real, en las obras del director mencionadas.
Abstract
In this final degree project we will analyze the importance of time in cinema through Richard Linklater and four of his most relevant films: Before Sunrise (1995), Before Sunset (2004), Before Midnight (2013) and Boyhood (2014). To do this, we will study the meaning of time for the human being –which was relevant from the beginning of cinema- , we will explore briefly the history of independent cinema of the United States and we will focus especially on the importance of the passing of time inside fiction and outside it, in real life, on the films mentioned before.
