Resumen
El presente proyecto pretende ser una restauración, reestructuración y reactivación de la biblioteca situada en el Parque Municipal “Rodríguez Penalva” de Huéscar. Se ha realizado una investigación a nivel histórico para conocer los antecedentes de la biblioteca y se ha intentado motivar esa reactivación procurando cumplir con las competencias digitales para la ciudadanía que recomienda la Unión Europea en el documento DigComp, con las competencias clave para el aprendizaje permanente que recomienda el Consejo y Parlamente Europeo y con algunos de los ODS. La meta es alcanzar los objetivos de la nota FEMP y convertir al Ayuntamiento de Huéscar en beneficiario de las subvenciones que proporciona el Gobierno por cumplir con dichas competencias. Todo esto a través de las actividades potenciadas por la Biblioteca del Parque Rodríguez Penalva de Huéscar, actividades que irán relacionadas con esas competencias.
Abstract
This project aims to be a restoration, restructuring and reactivation of the library located in the Municipal Park "Rodríguez Penalva" of Huéscar. Historical research has been carried out to understand the library's background and an attempt has been made to motivate this revival by trying to fulfil the digital skills for citizens recommended by the European Union in the DigComp document, with the key competences for lifelong learning recommended by the European council and parliament and some of the SDOs. The objective of fulfilling these competences is to achieve the objectives of the FEMP note and to make the Town hall of Huéscar the beneficiary of the subsidies provided by the Government for fulfilling these competences. All through the activities enhanced by the Library of Rodríguez Penalva Park in Huéscar, activities that will be related to those competences.
