Quality of services of the University of Granada

The area of Evaluation and Improvement of Services of the Unit of Quality, Academic Innovation and Prospectives has the main objective of fomenting and coordinating the application of systems for managing the quality and use of tools that will allow for enhanced efficiency and efficacy of the services lent by all the centers, departments, institutes, services and support units of the university community. Altogether, they contribute to developing the activities of teachers´ and students´, as well as research activity, management and administration, transfer, extension, and social well-being in the context of the University of Granada.
