Acceptance with Transfer of Transcript

Those students having initiated official university studies at another centre who wish to be accepted in an Undergraduate programme of this centre of the University of Granada (UGR), or who wish to change their degree studies at the UGR.

  • Obtain recognition of a minimum of 30 credits at the UGR.
  • Not have used up the 6 examination diets in any given subject.
  • No have used up the periods of permanence indicated in the norms of the UGR.

Present the request in the time period established, along with the following documentation (click here to access the request form):

  • Photocopy of National ID Card (DNI)
  • Attested photocopy of the Personal Academic Certificate showing the grade point average of the transcript and, for each subject, all the marks obtained and examination diets used up.
  • Stamped/sealed photocopy from the centre with the Teaching Guides or Programmes of the subjects passed.
  • Document showing the date of publication in the BOE of the study plan of the degree programme in question.

From 26 June to 6 July, 2020

  • In person in the Registrar of the School´s Academic Secretary.
  • In the Electronic Register of the UGR through their Electronic Office.
  • By certified post, presenting all the documentation in an open envelope at any Post Office. More information here.

a) The order of preference is as follows:

  1. Studies equivalent to the Degree Area that one aspires to (that is, undergraduate students of Audiovisual Communication or Information and Documentation from other universities).
  2. Studies of the same branch of knowledge (Social and Legal Sciences).
  3. Studies of other branches of knowledge (Art and Humanities, Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering and Architecture).

b) Within each order of preference, the requests will be evaluated and registered according to the grade point average of the academic transcript of origin.

Before the end of July, 2020.

The result of the procedure will be published on the web page of the School of Communication and Documentation of the UGR and the student will receive notification in writing.

  1. You should request the Transfer of your Academic Transcript from the original centre and pay the corresponding fees, presenting the notification of admission.
  2. You should register in person at the Secretary of the School of Communication and Documentation of the UGR from September 7 to 11, 2020.
  3. At the time of registration, request acknowledgement of credits corresponding to the subjects already passed.

NOTE: If registration is not finalized in the academic year when the credits are acknowledged, the opening and recognition will be lost. Admission can then only be requested after, at least, two academic years.
