Resumen
El presente trabajo consta de la búsqueda e investigación de sistemas de información que hay actualmente en el mercado, la misión principal es encontrar el idóneo para que la Organización de divulgación científica del Instituto Interuniversitaria en Data Ciencia And Computional Inteligencie pueda organizar, almacenar y trabajar con la información que manejan para presentes y futuros proyectos. El sistema debe contener unos requisitos mínimos que harán el trabajo más productivo y óptimo. Se deberá también implementar el sistema y evaluar su experiencia, para así, concluir que los propósitos se han cumplido. Además de explorar otras opciones para el futuro de la organización.
Abstract
The present work consists of the search and investigation of information systems that are currently on the market, the main point is to find the ideal one so that the Organization of scientific dissemination of the Andalusian Research institute in Data Science and Computacional Intelligence can organize, store and work with the information that they handle for present and future projects. The system should contain minimum requirements that will make the work more productive and optimal. The system should also be implemented and evaluate the experience of using the system, in order to conclude that the purposes have been fulfilled. In addition to exploring other options for the future of the organization.
